The following person submitted a card with a neutral position on HB 5059, but did not wish to speak: Troy Hagon, representing the Michigan Department of Transportation. The Chair laid SB 87 before the committee: SB 87 (Sen. Moss) A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled "Michigan vehicle code," by amending section 234 (MCL 257.234), as amended by 2002 PA 552. Jennie Gies, representing the Office of State Senator Jeremy Moss, testified in support of SB 87. Erin Schor, representing the Michigan Department of State, testified in support of SB 87.
