Tsernoglou) A bill to amend 1976 PA 388, entitled "Michigan campaign finance act," by amending section 47 (MCL 169.247), as amended by 2015 PA 269, and by adding section 59. HB 5142 (Rep. Puri) A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled "The code of criminal procedure," by amending section 11e of chapter XVII (MCL 777.11e), as amended by 2017 PA 120. HB 5143 (Rep. Bierlein) A bill to amend 1976 PA 388, entitled "Michigan campaign finance act," by amending section 2 (MCL 169.202), as amended by 2001 PA 250. HB 5144 (Rep. Tsernoglou) A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled "Michigan election law," (MCL 168.1 to 168.992) by adding section 932f. HB 5145 (Rep. Arbit) A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled "The code of criminal procedure," by amending section 11d of chapter XVII (MCL 777.11d), as amended by 2023 PA 83.
