The Chair laid the presentation from the Office of the Auditor General before the committee. Yvonne Benn, CPA., and Angela Shinaver, representing the Michigan Office of the Auditor General, both provided a presentation on the Performance Audit Report, Selected Activities Related to Investigation Timeliness and Complaint Intake, Michigan Department of Civil Rights, August 2023, #151-0200-22. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the committee, Chair Byrnes adjourned the meeting at 11:19 AM.
