At 11:04 AM, Majority Vice Chair MacDonell called the committee back to order. The Majority Vice Chair laid HB 5150 before the committee: HB 5150 (Rep. Shannon) A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled "Michigan vehicle code," by amending section 208 (MCL 257.208), as amended by 2020 PA 376. Representative Shannon and Thomas Steinbis testified in support of HB 5150. Questions and discussion followed.
