- Representative Conlin moved to report HB 5150 as amended, as substitute (H-1). The motion prevailed 12-0-1: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Shannon, MacDonell, Conlin, Edwards, Farhat, Fitzgerald, Hoskins, Miller, Outman, Roth, Bruck, Kunse. Nays: None. Pass: Rep. St. Germaine. The following person submitted a card in support of HB 5150, but did not wish to speak: Melissa Horste, representing the Michigan Department of State. The Chair laid HB 5304 before the committee: HB 5304 (Rep. Bruck) A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled "Michigan vehicle code," by amending section 634 (MCL 257.634), as amended by 2021 PA 43. Representative Bruck testified in support of HB 5304. Questions and discussion followed.
