Representative Kuhn offered the following amendment to HB 5516: 1. Amend page 76, following line 9, by inserting: "Sec. 723. The funds appropriated in part 1 for the county clerk education and training fund shall be used only for costs associated with the training of local clerks in preparation for elections. The MDOS shall not allocate any funds appropriated for county clerk education and training for any other purposes.".
