Bollin, Green, Slagh, Beson, Borton, Fink, Cavitt, DeBoer, Kuhn, Schuette, Steele. Nays: Reps. Witwer, O'Neal, Brixie, Hood, Brabec, Morse, Puri, Steckloff, Weiss, Martus, McKinney, Mentzer, Morgan, Price, Skaggs, Snyder, Wilson. Pass: None. Representative Bollin offered the following amendment to HB 5516: 1. Amend page 76, following line 9, by inserting: "Sec. 725. The MDOS shall submit a report by October 1 to the speaker of the house, the senate majority leader, and the minority chairpersons of the senate and house appropriations subcommittees on general government and to the standard report recipients on reimbursements to counties, cities, and townships from the MDOS's election security grant program funded by funding under the help America vote act of 2002, 52 USC 20901 to 21145. This report must list the amounts and purpose of reimbursements provided to each grantee as determined by receipts received by the MDOS from grantees and the total amount of reimbursements received by each grantee.".
