McFall) A bill to regulate the online sale of tickets for entertainment events; to prohibit certain methods, acts, and practices in the sale or purchase of tickets for entertainment events; and to prohibit the use of a bot to make certain purchases for tickets for entertainment events. Filler) A bill to provide for certain investigations for violating the event online ticket sales act; to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state agencies and departments; and to prescribe civil sanctions and provide certain remedies.
