Pass: None. Representative McFall offered the following amendments to HB 4341: 1. Amend page 1, line 1, after "under" by inserting "this subsection and". 2. Amend page 1, line 4, after "alien." by inserting "Notwithstanding this subsection, an individual who has paid state or local taxes in this state in the current or preceding tax year shall not be denied access to services or grants or participation in any program under this act on the basis of the individual's immigration status.".
