Amend page 4, following line 8, by inserting: "(4) An enhancement grant must not be used to pay a tax lien, delinquent tax, or other obligation owed to this state." and renumbering the remaining subsections. 2. Amend page 4, line 21, after "subsection" by striking out "(4)" and inserting "(5)".\ 3. Amend page 5, line 1, after "subsection" by striking out "(4)." and inserting "(5).".
