Nays: None. Pass: Reps. Paiz and Dievendorf. Representative Kunse along with Byron Chunk, a longtime harness racer, testified in support of HB 4346 and HB 4347. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Green and Brett Boyd, representing the Michigan Harness Horsemen's Association, testified in support of HB 4348. Questions and discussion followed.
