Linting) A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled "The Michigan penal code," by amending section 479a (MCL 750.479a), as amended by 2012 PA 60. HB 4691 (Rep. Mueller) A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled "Michigan vehicle code," by amending section 602a (MCL 257.602a), as amended by 1999 PA 73. Representative Linting and Representative Mueller testified in support of HB 4690 and HB 4691. Questions and discussions followed.
