- Representative Martin moved to adopt the meeting minutes from August 21, 2025. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4160 before the committee: HB 4160 (Rep. Johnsen) A bill to amend 1969 PA 306, entitled "Administrative procedures act of 1969," by amending sections 32 and 45 (MCL 24.232 and 24.245), as amended by 2023 PA 104. Representative Johnson, Mike Witkowski, representing the Michigan Manufacturers Association, and Tim Langholz, representing the National Federation of Independent Business testified in support of HB 4160.
