Thompson) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending sections 17033 and 17533 (MCL 333.17033 and 333.17533), as amended by 1994 PA 234. HB 4791 (Rep. Steckloff) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 9135. Representative Thompson, joined by Representative Steckloff, testified in support of HB 4790 and HB 4791. Questions and discussion followed. VanderWall) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending sections 5431 and 5432 (MCL 333.5431 and 333.5432), section 5431 as amended by 2002 PA 691 and section 5432 as added by 2006 PA 31, and by adding section 5143.
