The Chair laid HB 4910 before the committee: HB 4910 (Rep. Borton) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending section 16653 (MCL 333.16653), as added by 2018 PA 463, and by adding section 16650. Representative Borton testified in support of HB 4910.
