- Representative Kunse moved to adopt the meeting minutes from October 23, 2025. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4917 before the committee: HB 4917 (Rep. Smit) A bill to amend 2001 PA 267, entitled "Manufacturing milk law of 2001," by amending section 157 (MCL 288.717).
