Nays: Reps. Witwer, Liberati and Herzberg. Pass: None. At 11:19 AM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 11:28 AM, the Chair called the committee back to order. The Chair laid HB 4933 before the committee: HB 4933 (Rep. Steele) A bill to amend 1980 PA 299, entitled "Occupational code," by amending sections 303a and 411 (MCL 339.303a and 339.411), section 303a as amended by 2014 PA 265 and section 411 as amended by 2020 PA 388; and to repeal acts and parts of acts. Representative Steele, testified in support of HB 4933. Questions and discussions followed. There being no further business before the committee, Chair Schuette adjourned the meeting at 11:31 AM.
