- Representative Tisdel moved to report out HB 5298 with recommendation, as substitute (H-1). The motion prevailed 7-0-3: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Harris, Tisdel, Lightner, Posthumus, Aragona, Neyer and Schuette. Nays: None. Pass: Reps. Brenda Carter, Tate and Fitzgerald. Representative Fitzgerald offered the following amendment to HB 5299: 1. Amend page 4, line 16, by striking out all of enacting section 1 and inserting: "Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 103rd Legislature are enacted into law: (a) House Bill No. 4576. (b) House Bill No. 5298.". Representative Fitzgerald explained the amendment.
