- Representative Harris moved to adopt substitute (H-2) to HB 5169. The motion prevailed 10-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Hoadley, Bohnak, Outman, Harris, BeGole, DeBoyer, St. Germaine, Brixie, Tate and Coffia. Nays: None. Pass: None. Representative Brixie offered the following amendments to HB 5169: 1. Amend page 1, line 1, after "to" by striking out "subsection (2)," and inserting "subsections (2) and (3),". 2. Amend page 2, following line 6, by inserting: "(3) Not more than $3,000,000.00 in total exemptions may be claimed under subsection (1) with respect to a single project. Once this threshold is reached, the sale of tangible personal property described in subsection (1) is subject to the tax under this act." and renumbering the remaining subsection.
