St. Germaine) A bill to amend 1998 PA 362, entitled "Michigan marina and boatyard storage lien act," by amending section 5 (MCL 570.375), as amended by 2016 PA 286. Representative St. Germain, Nicki Polan, and Amy Crouchman, representing the Michigan Boating Industries Association, testified in support of HB 4708. Questions and discussions followed. The Chair laid HB 5301 before the committee: HB 5301 (Rep. Bohnak) A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled "Natural resources and environmental protection act," by amending section 40113 (MCL 324.40113), as added by 1995 PA 57.
