- Representative Prestin moved to adopt substitute (H-1) to HB 5308. The motion prevailed 10-0-7: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Martin, St. Germaine, VanderWall, Outman, Hoadley, Johnsen, Prestin, Bohnak, Fairbairn and Wortz. Nays: None. Pass: Reps. McFall, Scott, Weiss, Arbit, Foreman, Myers-Phillips and Wooden. Representative Borton and Bob Frye, representing the Michigan Waterfront Alliance, testified in support of HB 5308. Questions and discussions followed.
