The Chair laid HJR W before the committee: HJR W (Rep. Aragona) A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the state constitution of 1963, by amending section 6 of article IV, to modify the time a commissioner on the independent citizens redistricting commission is ineligible to hold a partisan elective office. Representative Aragona testified in support of HJR W. Questions and discussions followed.
