DeBoer, Linting, Paquette, Fox, Kunse, St. Germaine, Pavlov, Wilson, Koleszar and Byrnes. Nays: None. Pass: None. The Chair laid HB 5919 before the committee: HB 5919 (Rep. Paquette) A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled "The revised school code," by amending sections 4 and 5 (MCL 380.4 and 380.5), section 4 as amended by 2011 PA 232 and section 5 as amended by 2019 PA 38, and by adding sections 562, 564, 565, 566, 567, 568, 569, and 1701b. Representative Paquette testified in support of HB 5919. Questions and discussions followed.
