The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. LaSata to adopt the meeting minutes from September 29, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair offered an (S-3) version of SB 465 and an (S-1) version of SB 466. The Chair summarized the (S-3) version of SB 465 and the (S-1) version of SB 466. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McBroom to adopt the (S-3) version of SB 465.
