Gast Appropriations Room. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Referred SB 828 (Outman) to the Committee on Appropriations, with recommendation as substituted (S-2), with amendments and immediate effect. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:33 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Outman, Sen.(s) Bizon, Daley, Huizenga, LaSata, MacDonald, Schmidt, Santana and Hollier, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bizon, supported by Sen. LaSata, to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen. Irwin was excused from the meeting. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. LaSata, supported by Sen. MacDonald, to adopt the meeting minutes from April 12, 2022. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. At 12:34 p.m., Sen.
