The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 739 (S-1) (Sen. LaSata) with recommendation and immediate effect. 2. Reported SB 740 (S-1) (Sen. LaSata) with recommendation and immediate effect. 3. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. MacDonald to adopt the meeting minutes from March 17, 2022. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited Senator LaSata to summarize (S-1) to SB 739; (S-1) to SB 740, and (S-1) to SB 741. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. LaSata to adopt the (S-1) version of SB 739. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Horn, Sen.(s) VanderWall, Lauwers, Schmidt, LaSata, MacDonald, Huizenga, McMorrow, Geiss, and Moss. Nays: None The motion prevailed and the (S-1) was adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. VanderWall to report the (S-1) version of SB 739 to the floor with recommendation that it pass.
