The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Representative Filler moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 24, 2022. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid SB 499 and SB 500 before the committee: SB 499 (Sen. Daley) A bill to provide definitions for the complex needs patient act. SB 500 (Sen. Irwin) A bill to ensure access to quality complex rehabilitation technology in the Medicaid program for people with complex medical needs; and to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state departments.
