The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding HB 5030 (Rep. Coffia). 2. Testimony regarding HB 5031 (Rep. Puri). 3. Testimony regarding HB 5032 (Rep. Snyder). The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Irwin, Sen.(s) Santana, Cavanagh, Bayer, Shink, Chang, Cherry, Geiss, Hoitenga, and Damoose, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Cavanagh to adopt the meeting minutes from June 18, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair made a motion to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen. Lindsey was excused from the meeting. The Chair invited Rep. Coffia to summarize HB 5030 to HB 5032.
