Representative Young moved to adopt the meeting minutes from June 24, 2025. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. MacDonell) A bill to amend 1974 PA 258, entitled "Mental health code," by amending section 602 (MCL 330.1602), as amended by 1995 PA 290. HB 4677 (Rep. Wozniak) A bill to amend 1998 PA 386, entitled "Estates and protected individuals code," by amending section 5303 (MCL 700.5303), as amended by 2024 PA 1.
