- Representative Outman moved to adopt the meeting minutes from October 14, 2021. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid the discussion on Drinking Water Safety Issues in the City of Benton Harbor before the committee. But was unable to, due to time constraints. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Steven Johnson adjourned the meeting at 11:57 AM.
