Slagh) A bill to amend 1967 PA 288, entitled "Land division act, "by amending section 109 (MCL 560.109), as amended by 2017 PA 196. Representative Cole and Meghann Keit, representing the Michigan Association of Counties, testified in support of the bill. Questions and discussion followed. Sandra McCormick, representing the Michigan Funeral Directors Association, submitted a card in opposition to the bill, but did not wish to speak.
