Rigas) A bill to amend 1919 PA 232, entitled "An act to supplement the laws of the state relating to the powers and duties of the attorney general and the institution and prosecution of actions thereby on behalf of the state, to authorize intervention in pending litigation on behalf of the people in certain cases, and to permit the bringing of any suit at law in which the state is a party plaintiff in the circuit court of Ingham county," by repealing section 2 (MCL 14.102). HB 5315 (Rep. DeBoyer) A bill to amend 1846 RS 12, entitled "Of certain state officers," by amending section 28 (MCL 14.28). HB 5316 (Rep. Cavitt) A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled "Revised judicature act of 1961," by amending section 1631 (MCL 600.1631). Representative Cavitt and Representative DeBoyer testified in support of HB 5314, HB 5315 and HB 5316. Questions and discussions followed.
