The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SR 7 (S-1) (Sen. Zorn) with recommendation. The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Theis, Sen.(s) Horn, Runestad, Daley, Polehanki and Geiss, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Horn to adopt the committee rules. The vote was as follows: Without objection, the motion prevailed. Yeas: Chair Theis, Sen.(s) Horn, Runestad, Daley, and Polehanki. Nays: None The motion prevailed and the rules were adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Horn to adopt the (S-1) version of SR 7. The Clerk read in a letter from House Speaker Wentworth appointing members to the House Oversight Committee. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Steven Johnson, Outman, Hoitenga, Reilly, O'Malley, Wozniak, Brixie, LaGrand, Young. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative Outman motioned to adopt Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in Room 326 of the House Office Building as the normal day, time, and location for meetings of the House Oversight Committee. The motion prevailed 9-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Steven Johnson, Outman, Hoitenga, Reilly, O'Malley, Wozniak, Brixie, LaGrand, Young. Nays: None. Pass: None.
