The Clerk read a letter from Speaker Joe Tate, removing Representative Lori Stone from the committee. The Clerk read a letter from Speaker Joe Tate, appointing Representative Jennifer Conlin to the committee. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Koleszar) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending sections 2674, 2675, and 2678 (MCL 333.2674, 333.2675, and 333.2678) and by adding sections 2670 and 2675a; and to repeal acts and parts of acts. Representative Koleszar introduced HB 4849 and explained proposed substitute (H-1) for HB 4849.
