Ananich) with recommendation. The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Barrett, Sen.(s) LaSata, McBroom, Victory, Outman, Lauwers, Geiss, Bullock, and Hollier, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Victory to adopt the meeting minutes from May 26, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. Sen. Hollier offered an (S-3) version of SB 429. The Chair invited Sen. Hollier to summarize the (S-3) version of SB 429.
