    **APPROVED** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 15, 2022 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at 12:00 noon, in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:41 p.m. The Chair made a motion to adopt the meeting minutes from April 20, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. At 12:42 p.m. the Chair instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Schmidt, Sen.(s) Victory, MacDonald and Zorn, a quorum was present. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the FY 2022-23 budget recommendation: Director Paul Ajegba, Michigan Dept. of Transportation Bureau Director Patrick McCarthy, Michigan Dept. of Transportation There being no further business before the committee, the Chair entertained a motion by Sen.
