The Chair invited Corey Savino and Michael Syracuse to summarize two projects from the Strategic Outreach and Attraction Reserve (SOAR): The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McCann, supported by Sen. Cavanagh, adopt a portion of Legislative Transfer Request #1 and Legislative Transfer Request #2. The Chair laid HB 4068 before the committee: HB 4068 (Rep. Hood) A bill to amend 1967 PA 281, entitled "Income tax act of 1967," (MCL 206.1 to 206.847) by adding section 253.
