The agenda summary is as follows: 1. A hearing to consider the appointment of Liesl Clark as the Director of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At 9:14 AM, the Chair called the committee back to order. Representative Lower moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 27th, 2019 meeting. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4006 before the committee: HB 4006 (Rep. Bellino) A bill to amend 1967 PA 281, entitled "Income tax act of 1967,"by amending section 30 (MCL 206.30), as amended by 2018 PA 589.
