A meeting of the Senate Committee on Housing and Human Services was scheduled for Tuesday, March 18,
2025, at 3:00 p.m., in the 403 Room of the Capitol Building.
The agenda summary is as follows:

The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the
following members were present: Chair Irwin, Sen.(s) Santana, Cavanagh, Bayer, Shink, Cherry, Chang, Geiss,
Lindsey, Hoitenga, and Damoose, a quorum was present.
The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Santana to adopt the meeting minutes from February 25, 2025. Without
objection, the minutes were adopted.
The following cards were read in of those individuals not wishing to testify before the committee regarding SB
