**DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 9, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Corrections and Judiciary was scheduled for Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., in the 1200 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 2:03 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Shink, Sen.(s) Santana, Irwin and Outman, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Outman to adopt the meeting minutes from February 16, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony: Chief Judge Gleicher, Court of Appeals – Operations overview and budgetary request. Lynn Helland, Judicial Tenure Commission – Overview and budgetary request. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
