Due to Senate Session, the Chair called the meeting to order at 1:45 p.m. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Anthony, Sen.(s) McCann, McDonald Rivet, Cherry, Bayer, Santana, Shink, Irwin, Hertel, Cavanagh, Klinefelt, McMorrow, Camilleri, Bumstead, Albert, Damoose, Huizenga, Outman and Theis, a quorum was present. The Chair moved, supported by Sen. Shink, to adopt the meeting minutes from October 4, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair brought up invited Corey Savino, of the Senate Fiscal Agency, to summarize Legislative Transfer Requests 2023-8 & 2024-1 for the committee. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Klinfelt, supported by Sen. Shink, to adopt the Legislative Transfer Requests 2023-8 & 2024-1.
