The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Shannon, MacDonell, Coleman, Conlin, Farhat, Fitzgerald, Hoskins, Miller, Outman, Roth, Bruck, Kunse, St. Germaine. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representatives Coleman and Bruck joined the committee remotely. Representative Farhat moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 7, 2023. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid the presentation on Transportation Funding in Michigan before the Committee. William E. Hamilton representing the House Fiscal Agency testified in support of Questions and discussion followed. William E.
