The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Outman, Sen.(s) Daley, Johnson, VanderWall, McBroom, Bayer, and Brinks, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McBroom to adopt the meeting minutes from July 28, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited Rep. C. Johnson to summarize HB 4454.
