A meeting of the Senate Committee on Health Policy was scheduled for Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 9:00
a.m., in the 1100 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building.

The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the
following members were present: Chair Hertel, Sen.(s) Santana, Wojno, Cherry, Klinefelt, Geiss, Webber,
Hauck, Huizenga, and Runestad, a quorum was present.
The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Santana to adopt the meeting minutes from June 24, 2025. Without
objection, the minutes were adopted.
The Chair invited Rep. Rogers to summarize HB 4103 and HB 4104.
