Ellyn Ackerman and John Maxwell provided an overview of the Chair's Recommendation for the FY 2024-2025 Department of Health and Human Services Budget (SB 767) The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Cavanagh, supported by Sen. Bayer, to adopt the (S-1) version of SB 767. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Santana, Sen.(s) McDonald Rivet, Irwin, Cavanagh, Cherry, Bayer, and Outman.
