At that time, the following members were present: Chair Victory, Sen.(s) VanderWall, Johnson, Runestad, Chang and Irwin, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. VanderWall to adopt the meeting minutes from the June 10, 2021, 8:30 a.m. meeting and the June 10, 2021 3:30 p.m. meeting. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair brought up SB's 473 – 484, SB 375, and made opening remarks to the committee.
