January 22, 2020
A meeting of the Senate Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure was scheduled for Wednesday, January
22, 2020, at 12:30 p.m., in the 1100 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building.
The agenda summary is as follows:
1. Reported HB 4832 (Rep. Lightner) with recommendation and immediate effect.
2. Testimony regarding SB 431 (Sen. Hollier).
The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:33 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the
following members were present: Chair Barrett, Sen.(s) McBroom, Victory, Outman, Lauwers, Geiss, Bullock,
and Hollier, a quorum was present.
The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McBroom to adopt the meeting minutes from January 14, 2020.
Without objection, the minutes were adopted.
The Chair made a motion to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen. LaSata was
excused from the meeting.
The Chair invited Rep. Lightner to summarize HB 4832.
The Chair read the cards of those individuals not wishing to testify before the committee regarding HB 4832:

The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McBroom to report HB 4832 to the floor with recommendation that it
pass. The vote was as follows:

The motion prevailed and the bill was reported.
