The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 1116 (S-1) (Sen. McMorrow) with recommendation. 2. Reported SB 1117 (S-1) (Sen. Damoose) with recommendation. 3. Reported HB 5651 (Rep. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Cavanagh to adopt the meeting minutes from November 14, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair passed the gavel to Vice Chair Cavanagh. Vice Chair Cavanagh invited Chair McMorrow and Senator Damoose to testify on SB 1116 and SB 1117 and the substitutes. Member questions followed. The Vice Chair entertained a motion by Sen. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll.
