COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
April 24, 2019
A meeting of the Senate Committee on Natural Resources was scheduled for Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at
8:30 a.m., in the 1300 Room of the Binsfeld Building.
The agenda summary is as follows:
1. Reported SR 25 (S-1) (Sen. Wojno) with recommendation.
2. Reported SR 30 (Sen. Zorn) with recommendation.
3. Reported SR 38 (Sen. McBroom) with recommendation.
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time,
the following members were present: Chairman McBroom, Sen.(s) Bumstead, Outman, Schmidt, and
McCann, a quorum was present.
The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. Bumstead to adopt the committee meeting minutes from
February 27, March 6, March 13, March 20 and April 10, 2019. Without objection, the minutes were
adopted.
The Chairman invited the committee to recite the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Chairman offered an (S-1) version to SR 25 and invited Sen. Wojno, and his Chief of Staff Bill Drake,
to summarize the resolution and substitute. Member questions followed.

The motion prevailed and the (S-1) was adopted.
The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. Bumstead to report SR 25 (S-1) to the floor with
recommendation that it be adopted. The vote was as follows:

Nays: None
The motion prevailed and the resolution was reported.
