The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:37 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair McBroom and Sen. McCann, a quorum was not present. The Chair brought up HB's 4567 – 4569. The Chair invited Craig Brunet, Michigan Department of Natural Resources, to provide testimony via Zoom opposing HB's 4567 – 4569, and the proposed amendments. At 3:41 p.m., Sen. Outman entered the meeting. A quorum was now present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Outman to excuse absent members.
