The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. The Chairman made a motion to remove the Department of Health and Human Services sections on pages 9- 10 of the Senate Fiscal Analysis of the Legislative Transfer Request, supported by Sen. MacGregor. The Chairman invited Farah Hanley, Senior Deputy Director of Financial Operations for the Department of Health and Human Services, to help answer questions regarding the legislative transfers requests. The Chairman entertained a motion from Sen. Schmidt, supported by Sen. Irwin, to adopt Legislative Transfer Request 2019-6.
